Our practices are a membership-based model that brings healthcare back to a doctor-patient relationship: a close, ongoing communication between you and your doctor, focused on exceptional quality, comprehensive, and individual care.
Over the past several years insurance reimbursements have continued to plummet and the commitment it takes to coordinate and communicate your care with the wider medical ecosystem has grown enormously. To maintain our standards of care, we will limit our practices to 200-400 patients per provider. These changes will help ensure prompt appointment access to your specific provider and timely coordinated healthcare and support.
A fee (paid annually or quarterly) will be charged that allows us to provide extra time during visits, same/next day appointments, comprehensive annual wellness consultations, phone and electronic messaging with your provider.
